Weight-Loss Drugs - Can We Really Ditch Dieting?

The media is pushing weight-loss drugs as the answer to the obesity epidemic, while celebrities seem to be shrinking en masse. For those of us who’ve spent a lifetime battling diets, the idea of a weekly injection that could end all that struggle sounds incredible. But is it really that simple?

In my previous blog, I highlighted how weight-loss drugs like these were initially available only through specialist clinics. But now, with demand surging, people are buying them privately, often online. In my latest 'Behind the Book' video, I ask: can we really be cured of dieting?

That's why I want us to get around the virtual table and have a conversation about if weight-loss drugs mean the end of dieting? Could these weekly injections finally break us free from endless diets? Or is there a catch? Let’s hear what what it's really like to take them and talk about the side effects, daily challenges, and whether this could truly change our relationship with food.

I'm holding a Table Talk exclusively for newsletter community and my Table Tribe members, so sign up below to continue this candid conversation.
