Body awareness

We spend so much of our lives in our heads that sometimes forget to actually feel how we are.  This 4 minute exercise is to help you to come out of your mind and into your body and shift your awareness to your senses.

You can do this exercise sitting or standing. Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed and tune into your body through your feeling brain.
